We collect and process personal data from organizations and contact persons related to the purposes pursued by One Way Mission as well as from trustees of One Way Mission.
One Way Mission ry Register for Personal Data
The purpose of the register is to administer the personal data we collect and to keep it up-to-date. We further use personal data to communicate with our members and interest groups about the operations and purposes pursued by One Way Mission.

Personal data is collected from the data subjects and from the Finnish postal service ”Posti” (change of address).
Personal data is processed digitally and protected and stored in the One Way Mission data system with limited access by co-workers and volunteers who need the data to be able to perform their tasks and purposes pursued by One Way Mission. All co-workers with access to personal data have individual usernames and passwords to the system.
Personal data may be shared with our interest groups (e.g. the Finnish postal services ”Posti”) to carry out operations and services for the purposes pursued by One Way Mission.
Personal data of ”Raportti” subscribers are kept as long as the subscription is valid.
Personal data of members of the congregation are kept as long as the membership is valid.
Personal data of support members is kept as long as the support membership is valid.
The data subject (later also referred to as ’he’) has the right to object the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. He may permit or reject direct marketing mailings channel-specifically (for example all mailings by e-mail).

A data subject access request can be made to the contact person mentioned in paragraph 1. We may ask the data subject to specify his request in writing and to identify himself before we process his request. We may reject the request on the basis of applicable data protection regulation.
Should the data subject think that his personal data has not been processed according to the data protection regulation, he has a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU member state he resides or works in.
